It's been a mix of real life events and lack of any big and related news really.

BUT NOW... the time has come for us all to rise again!! \o/

Ossan Club is a unit of indie game makers looking for support in order for their games being released in English - I have gladly backed for them and I ask you to do the same because, well, a digital copy is only USD $5,00! But it doesn't end there - the game has two versions! The USD $5,00 one is of a lighter tone, while the USD $20,00 version is R18! It's really amazing to have a game about middle-aged men with actual adult themes~ <3

Seifuku no Ojisama - Satoshi Sugimoto walkthrough

And so, he's finally here, the new character, professor Sugimoto, straight from a few passages in the prologue, he's gained his own route today, March 14th.
As a special treat, the staff have also released a new code which you can insert to get 5 Story Tickets, 1 Silver Gacha Ticket (the free one) and 1 Gold Gacha Ticket (the cash-only one), the code is valid until March 31st (Japan time) -> 201403pre861

Please be aware this guide is a WIP - I'll update shortly as I go through his route. Thanks for your support and please wait a little more for other characters' walkthroughs as well.

On a side note, I got all his free CGs (Silver Gacha) in about 15 tries (9 CGs), so maybe the staff has toned it down a bit - I remember spending obscene amounts of Gold in order to complete other characters' free CG sets...

Seifuku no Ojisama - 6th character's release and seiyuu

Quite a few months have passed since the devs have announced Sugimoto as the sixth character to be released for mobile game Seifuku no Ojisama. The news came earlier yesterday, for his seiyuu and release have been finally set!

Satoshi Sugimoto's role will be voiced by Yuji Ueda (most anime I've watched with him, he's done lots of young roles, which shows he knows how to act various kinds of characters despite his age... the closest call for an older role is Hajime Shibata from Jigoku Shoujo). His route's release is expected for March 2014.

I am kind of hoping they release a drama CD featuring Sugimoto after the previously-scheduled releases are done, however, he's not even cast for the special radio CD...

Seifuku no Ojisama epilogue event 6 walkthrough

It's christmas for the charming men in uniform! Until this friday, December 13th (Japan time), christmas-themed stories for Tachihara, Matsumoto and James will be available.

If developers follow the usual event release window, after this friday, it's expected to change into christmas events for Hayama and Saeki until December 27th.

It is still unknown if they are going to make all the five characters available for an extra week afterwards (this is also a common stance for limited-time events in this game).

Also valid for December, the staff released some codes you can input for free items:

Anyway, for the first time in such events, I tried being a smartass and picking all the 0-point answers, so in the last chapter of the event the game could let me pick the ending I wanted regardless of how many positive or negative points I had scored... found out when you finish an event with a score of exactly 0, it also goes to the Seme End, so the only way to have the Uke End in the events is to have a negative score ~(_´v`)~

As a good news, the total cost for each CG has been toned down a little (although I wish they reduced it even more).

Once again, I did guides only for Tachi and Matsu, because I really want to save up these Gold points to use when the sixth character is finally released ^^;

That moment when you just noticed something cool which had remained unnoticed, but was simply screaming at your face all the time... the ribbons, although being colored in each character's representing color, they link out into each cover~

Anyway, Seifuku no Ojisama official site has updated last week with information on the upcoming third drama CD for the "After Happyend" series.

Like the previous ones, it'll be recorded using a dummy-head microphone and the preorders will ship bundled with a code to redeem a special story in-game.

Phew, last post was like a full month ago, I somehow didn't see it pass that fast! Was planning on doing a translation post but I somehow got tired of formatting it all out... maybe I'll get my ass moving and finish it before it's too late...

Anyway, this is some nice news I came across recently - drama CD label Velvet Voice is releasing a third (and fourth, in a date yet unspecified) CD for it's Inma series. Such series is about a pair of incubus, each with a different personality (which is sort of an opposite to the other demon), kind of rivaling themselves on who does the listener better, and yes, it is a R18 series. The interesting part of the news is, this time, the incubi will be older men~

Seifuku no Ojisama epilogue event 5 - PATCH

Attention: This patch was tested on Android version only. Although iOS users are more than invited to try this, the patching method presented was made using a Windows system - I do not have a Mac, therefore, dunno how to apply patches on a Mac ;Orz

Attention²: The patch is for Saeki and James event 5 (Halloween) routes. I didn't made it for the other characters.

So here's the solution to solve all your problems while needing a guide to do events - patch the game script! It's something very easy to do and should grant you access to whichever ending you want to achieve without actually needing a guide.

Please note that, while the patch allows for an easier path in order to reach the desired ending, it still needs the truckload amount of Gold in order to pass the chapter missions, so this isn't exactly cheating - I am just facilitating event completion for foreign users... ;Orz

Seifuku no Ojisama epilogue event 5 walkthrough

There's just about less than ten hours left for the end of first round (Tachihara, Hayama and Matsumoto) of the Halloween Event (Epilogue 5). Was hoping to get at least two of the characters done, like the last time, but I didn't manage to get enough Gold, that's why I took so long to post this... oh well, better late than never~ ;;Orz

Nice features for this event: Fumi now has some sprites (she is the protagonist's "best friend character", pictured on the left), also all the targetable cast of older men have new sprites wearing halloween costumes.

Anyway, after this event ends, the devs should probably upload the second part (Saeki and Barnes), for which I should come up with something to make up for those who wants to do the event in time - expect a new post soon enough!

Seifuku no Ojisama 2nd drama CD announced, 1st released

The Seifuku no Ojisama official site have been updated earlier today with information on the upcoming second drama CD for the "After Happyend" series!

Following the trend on drama CDs, it will use a dummy-head microphone for the recording. Exclusive to preorders, just like the first volume, the CD will come bundled with a code to redeem a special story, featuring the entitled character, inside the game application.

So far the known details on this release are:

Seifuku no Ojisama - 6th character announced

All that time, in the character select screen we saw, right next to James' silhouette (when he was still unreleased), a silhouette resembling Kei Kurasawa, a younger male character prominent in the story as the protagonist's cousin. Earlier today it was revealed that the sixth character is not Kei, but yet another character who shows up during the story...

Seifuku no Ojisama drama CD 1 PV and tokuten

Spawned from a mobile game, the drama CD series "Seifuku no Ojisama After Happyend" will have it's first release later this month, in September 25th, but today the staff have uploaded a promotional video containing a few samples from the CD, which has the featured character voiced by Keiji Fujiwara:

Double Score Cattleya X Narcissus released!

The beast has been unleashed... the second beast in the series anyway XD
This time, the target characters are two hosts and one librarian. For this reason, the game rings me back to Last Escort a little too much - it's maybe my favorite otome game (series) from the PS2, because I love hosts' sharp clothing and all the sweet talk.
I must say I really liked the new opening theme's vibe! Although being the exact same song as the first title, it have a new arrangement and the lyrics are changed in certain parts, like when they call their birthflowers' names - kinda curious to listen to the full song and see if the second part has changed lyrics as well.

Anyway, the official website have been posting a daily countdown to the game, featuring seiyuu from the main characters Rio (Toru Okawa, who got me charmed by his role in Shiki), Rui and Seiya (both by Daisuke Hirakawa, which has recently been captivating me through his character in Free). I have managed to save them all and did an upload out there - if you missed the countdown, enjoy listening to them now!

Jeez, it's too bad my copy will still take some time to make the trip all the way to my headquarters... I want to play this so hard, but I haven't even finished the first Double Score, silly me liking the seiyuu in this one better than the first one... (_´v`);;

Seifuku no Ojisama epilogue event 4 walkthrough

First of all, until August 31 (Japan time) players can insert the following codes:

UPDATE 2: Number of total Gold for each epilogue and all CGs has been updated. They really got overboard this time...

Now for the current news! It has started today, August 24, going up to September 6, a new event with a more ellaborate story than past Gold-for-CG events, this time the theme seems to be the Natsu Matsuri (one of Japan's traditional fests).

Inside the time period you can play new epilogues for the first 3 characters, Shima Tachihara, Shotaro Hayama and Yuichi Matsumoto. Each has 3 Chapters containing 5 Story sections each.

The differences are, good news, you can read the stories for free, without depleting your daily Story Tickets, and these epilogues have two new CGs each - one for the Seme route and another for the Uke route, depending on which choices you picked during these epilogues.

But there's also a downside - there are missions which require spending Gold to pass (instead of the skill parameter built up for the normal routes), so this event, although lasting for two weeks, can come quite costly for players to afford attaining all the CG.

Since this is the first event which has choices, I'll try to post all the routes here before the event ends ^^;;

Seifuku no Ojisama - Shima Tachihara walkthrough

So he's actually my favorite character in the game... because... he speaks Kansai-ben, really, it makes his spoken phrases sound so good~

Seifuku no Ojisama - James Barnes walkthrough

From today I'll be posting spoiler-free guides for all the current available routes in Seifuku no Ojisama, beginning with James, which have been asked by a reader in the menu translation post =D

There is no such thing as bad ends in this game, but each character has four endings, in which one is attained with positive points, other with a negative value, other with a value inbetween these two, and the last ending is only given to the player by buying a cash item (please refer to the aforementioned menu translation post to know in which item tab you can find it).

Seifuku no Ojisama 1st drama CD announced

It's official now - instead of just one CD with all the characters, it will actually be a series of situation CDs, each featuring a single character. They will contain stories set after the happy ending from each character's in-game route.

The CDs will be made using the "dummy-head" styled microphone, which provides a 360° sound recording, meaning the listener will feel like being part of the story and following the characters up close - the release asks the listeners to look forward sweet whispering from your favorite ojisama~

The full series is expected to be released with a two-month span for each new CD. The release schedule being as follows:
