The route for the new character, James Barnes, have been released today for Android version of Seifuku no Ojisama (still no news about the iOS release so far).
Also, you can insert the code "201304pre1" (without the quote marks, valid until April 7th, 23:59 Japan time) to recieve a pack of 10 Story Tickets - they allow you to read a single story each and can be used if you have ran out of your daily 5 Story Tickets for free. To know how to insert codes and redeem gifts, please refer to the very end of the menu translation post.
Update: Later on April 5, due to a bug in the programming, the developers have asked everyone to update their SeiOji app to fix said bug - you can upgrade going to the Google Play app on your device, opening the menu and clicking "My applications", in the Installed tab, click the SeiOji title (it now has James Barnes in the icon displayed) and click the Update button. Because of this error, devs are offering 5 more Story Tickets by redeeming the code "201304ho" (valid until April 14th, 23:59 Japan time).

To wrap it up, there's a 4x Gold multiplier for using the Job action, also running up to April 7th's midnight. This makes it a perfect time to buy Coins to spend into stamina recovery items (AKA: cash items), since they have just fired up the third epilogue story event, from April 4th to 11th, paying 5000 Gold for a new CG+story set, this time featuring Yuichi Matsumoto.
As for James' route, well, within the first five parts (can't remember now which story the choice is located at), the leftmost choice is the one which will add +5 to affection.
I will explore his newly downloaded files during the weekend and, if his ending CG is included (like Saeki's), I'll probably extract and post them =D
